As the holiday season slinks back into its murky cave until November 2020, there is a familiar sense in the air. We pack away our Christmas trees and menorahs, and we shove crinkled wrapping paper into the trash can. But when it’s all said and done, we once again find ourselves facing that unmistakable chill that we tried to cover up with holiday cheer: Winter.
Even if you live in a sunny climate, the weather change during winter is palpable––and so are people’s mood swings. It’s not uncommon to get a little down when the sun sets so early or when the nasty weather makes being outside legitimately uncomfortable.
Not to mention, this is the time when everyone’s starting (and giving up on) their new year’s resolutions, which creates a weird atmosphere. The nonstop chatter about self-improvement is exhausting! Especially when you’re doing it yourself.
That’s why we all need a little meme medicine to get us through this yearly reminder of doom and gloom. Start here, but if you need more, be sure to check out our other dank memes.

Stay fit this winter; keep the Doritos in your kitchen instead of next to your bed so you have to walk a little to get them.
